Hi, I'm Charlie, an HCPC-registered physiotherapist.

I hold a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree from the University of Leicester, and I assess and treat a wide range of muscle and joint problems, from persistent aches to sports injuries and post-operative recovery. I combine appropriate hands-on treatment (sports massage, cupping and taping) with progressive, strength-based rehab and clear patient education, so you understand what's going on and know how to keep it fixed.

I play competitive water polo in the Northampton Men's National League and coach at Northampton Water Polo Club, so I know what getting back to sport demands.

Charlie is a fantastic physio, he has extremely broad knowledge on anatomy, is a consummate professional and I've been to him countless times now for my rotator cuff. He does excellent deep tissue work and cupping and guided me through rehabilitation exercises to strengthen the area to future proof my shoulder. Top bloke as well – can't recommend him enough!

I've had a shoulder problem for a long time and thought I'd never get rid of it. After explaining my issue, he knew exactly what was wrong and helped me straight away. Within the first week, I already had more mobility and less pain. 100% recommend to anyone having problems!

Had some bad back issues for a while and honestly couldn't recommend this guy enough. Knew exactly what he was doing from the start, explained everything properly and helped sort the problem out quicker than I expected. Very professional and genuinely cares about helping people get better. If you need physio, would definitely recommend!
